Why It Won Our Review 

Our team tested 18 of the top sous vide machines, but this one truly blew us away. With 1,200 watts of horsepower, it brings water up to your desired temperature faster than any other sous vide machines we tested. In our testing, it brought a gallon and a half of water up to 190°F in just over a half hour. It accurately (and quietly!) kept the water temperature consistent during all of our tests.

Many sous vide machines—this one included—feature Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity that allows you to control and monitor cook times and temperatures from an app on your phone. That said, they also include manual controls if you’d rather not use your smartphone.
