
Alexander Potapov, the General Director of Uralvagonzavod, has stated that the 152mm self-propelled 2C43 Malva gun has successfully passed its state-supervised proving trials.
Undoubtedly, this is good news. Until now, the Russian army lacked any wheeled self-propelled propelled artillery, even though this type of weaponry is becoming essential in the likely engagements on the present-day battlefield.
